OWINGSVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A Bath County inmate walked away from a work release road crew Thursday around noon, according to authorities.
They say 39-year old Phillip Roar is classified as a non-violent offender.

He is white, 5’11,” 190-pounds with brown hair and a brown beard.
Authorities say he may be headed to Carter County.
Anyone with information about Roar’s whereabouts is asked to call their local law enforcement agency or 9-1-1.
