LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) – A Lexington day care where a 3-year-old boy was left in a van for more than nine hours has had its license revoked.

Cabinet for Health and Family Services spokeswoman Beth Crace Fisher told the Lexington Herald-Leader (http://bit.ly/2bDxrny ) that the owner of the day care appealed an emergency suspension issued earlier this month but withdrew the appeal. After the owner withdrew the appeal, the license was revoked.
