LAWRENCEBURG, Ky. (WTVQ) – Funeral services will be held today for James “Buddy” Ryan, who passed away Tuesday in Louisville.
Ryan coached several pro football teams, including the Super Bowl-winning 1985 Chicago Bears, and 1969 New York Jets.

Funeral services for Ryan will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at St. Lawrence Catholic Church, 120 Gatewood Avenie, in Lawrenceburg.
A visitation will precede the funeral from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Ritchie & Peach Funeral home, 701 North Main Street.
