LEXINGTON, Ky. (WTVQ) – Firefighters in Lexington may have thought they were experiencing déjà vu when they were called to a structure fire at the same place twice in scant 14-hour period.
Firefighters say they were first called out to an apartment complex on Alumni Drive, Sunday around 11:25 p.m. where the right shutter on an apartment window had caught fire. Then Monday, they say they received another call at the exact same apartment window, where the left shutter was on fire.
Units responded for report of a structure fire to the apartment complex at 1200 Alumni Drive for the second time in 14 hours.
Fire investigators and Lexington police are investigating.
